Order Desk / Sales Representative Job Opening in Costa Mesa, California - Our company manufactures high quality warning labels and signs for specialty use. Our E-commerce platform combined with our dynamic sales team have made us the number one supplier in our field.
We have an opening for an experienced sales associate who has the ability to communicate clearly with customers and has a passion for exceptional client service. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills via phone, email or in person so they can ask appropriate questions to identify the best product for their customer. Basic math will be required.
Responsibilities Include: Bidding customer projects, working one on one with customers in a quick and effective manner to process orders, answering the phones promptly, sending jobs through to appropriate department for completion, ability to process 50+ order per day.
We have a quick work-pace environment and will train the right person for the job. We have a great team who works hard every day to let our customers know they are number one, and we are seeking a team member who will embrace the same philosophy.
Knowledge of basic PC programs are a must, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Basic understanding of Quickbooks is a plus!
Hours: Full Time, Monday thru Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92627 Compensation - Base Pay: $750/per week during training (4 weeks) - After training, $800/per week plus Commission & Bonus (avg. $55k+ first year) - Vacation and Holiday Pay
