We?re searching for a Senior PHP Software Developer to join our team in the greater Provo Utah area. As a Senior PHP developer, you will be a significant contributor to our development team, helping innovate functionality within Optima?s vast offerings. Develop our next generation of internal & external APIs, and expand our in-app functionality with electronic health/medical records integrations and features to help our customers manage and run their business with ease.

Extensive experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, jQuery

Position Requirements:
Extremely proficient with PHP, & MVC principles, architectural design patterns.
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery & MySQL.
Strong knowledge of MVC frameworks
Proven experience with data validation, form submission & processing, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with MySQL; building complex queries, stored procedures, and schema designs.
Additional Skills and Experience:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong written and technical communication skills.
Familiarity with iOS, Objective C, or Swift development is a plus.
Hospice, home health or other medical industry with high compliance regulations experience is a plus.
