Full Job Description
The Sales Associate is responsible for interacting with customers and employees to create a positive store environment. Maximizes sales by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized store. Responsible for the execution of operational activities and protecting company assets through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate customer engagement skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
Drives for results
Expedites point of sale transactions at time of sale
Ensures store visual standards are set to company's direction and adapts performing assignments as requested
Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
Required Experience:
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred
Fun, enthusiastic, energetic with an outgoing personality
Additional Information:
Our Toy Store is located on Route 202 in the Talleyville section of Wilmington. We are looking for part time associates for 15-30 hours per week who live close by. Must be available some weekends and holidays as well.
