Sales Manager Job Opening in los angeles, California - Sales Manager MATTEO LLC () is an esteemed designer and manufacturer of bedding and apparel located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. We use only the finest natural materials in our textiles and use extreme care and attention to detail in every step of the design and manufacturing process in order to ensure that each of our products lives up to the highest standards of quality, comfort and style. MATTEO is seeking a new team member with responsibilities in SALES MANAGEMENT who can represent our products with the same amount of care that we put into making them. Job Responsibilities: -Identifying and reaching out to new clients while strengthening relationships with our current clients -Building strong personal relationships with sales reps -Traveling to tradeshows to promote our brand to national and international markets -Forecasting and developing sales goals -Managing our sales team of 6 people. Reviewing and analyzing team members� performances while also offering sales coaching -Following through on every project start-to-finish without allowing any of our valued clients to slip through the cracks Qualifications: -3-5 years upper-level sales experience required -Proven track record of obtaining accounts and increasing sales -Apparel , home d�cor, or related industry experience required -Experience with tradeshows required -Experience working with sales reps required -Management experience required. Must be prepared to manage a sales team of 6 people. -Candidates should be able to work independently and think creatively in order to start up big projects and bring in new business on their own. This is not a job for someone who needs a lot of training or instructions in sales basics. -Excellent phone, verbal and inter-personal skills -Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet -Foreign Language(s) a plus Please send the following three items in PDF format.
