Cash Management
Inter-company Transactions
Preparing Monthly Reports
Bank Reconciliations
Invoicing
Project Tracking
Administrative Duties
Electronic and Paper Filing
Company Profile: A family owned and operated company in Lancaster, PA (Manheim Township) with a small office environment, specializing in real estate sales, rental properties, renovations, and real estate financing.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, and up to 3% match on retirement.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must be proficient in Quickbooks
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
High speed data entry skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Bank reconciliations
Wire transfer/cash management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented with extreme accuracy
Willingness to follow checklists
Maintain an organized work area and filing system
Keyboarding and 10-key skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task, handle interruptions and problem solve
Work independently in a small office environment
Minimum 3 Years Bookkeeping Experience Required
