JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Sales Performance Specialist is responsible for the sales and relationship management of all third party fleet card programs. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, integration and development of these programs. This position must collaborate across multiple internal and external teams and functions to understand the business and sales strategy, develop end-to-end processes around data reporting and analysis in support of the strategy, and identify business issues and solutions based on advanced understanding of business processes and metrics.
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluates card programs regularly; evaluation includes generating strategies to reduce program cost, increase customer loyalty and boost card usage.
Measures and reports sales and profitability of the programs.
Collaborates with third party fleet card issuers to develop and execute fleet card programs and operational strategies.
Researches methods to increase third party fleet card usage and profitability.
Maintains strong relationships and frequent communication with third party card issuers and partners.
Recognizes and resolves issues related to programs, partnerships, and current marketing strategies.
Schedules and prioritizes tasks and responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business including process improvement, ongoing support around reporting and analysis, and responding to ad hoc requests as they arise.
Manages inventory of premiums, promotional giveaways and contest prizes.
Performs a variety of other marketing projects and tasks as assigned.*

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years in the field or in a related area or equivalent combination of education, training and experience-based learning. Knowledge of the Fleet Card Industry preferred.
Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Ability to read, understand and communicate technical concepts, information, ideas and business processes in a clear and understandable manner to team members and in management presentations.
Ability to process information including gathering, interpreting, assessing, organizing, and verifying data and material problems with computer hardware and software.
Ability to work with data to run/interpret analytics and identify trends.
Physical Demands: Work requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of keyboard/computer. Work requires occasional bending, reaching and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds. Work is subject to significant telephone contact with employees and can be stressful.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment with little or no exposure to adverse working conditions. Work may occasionally include travel, long hours, week-ends and holidays.
Certificates & Licenses: Valid state motor vehicle operator?s license with clean MVR.
