We are accepting applications for Full Time & Part Time Retail Sales Reps, Assistant Managers as well as Retail Store Managers for our locations in your area!
- Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories to meet sales goals- Deliver outstanding customer service- Help the a team of sales associates meet their goals- Be able to report to higher management on regular basis- Resolve customer issues- Participate in outside sales activities and events needed- Support inventory counts and returns as assigned- Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced or extremely busy environment as required
Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED- 1 yr. retail experience, preferably in electronic or department store retail sales and/or customer service- Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills- Proficient use of PC computer programs and keyboard skills.- Proficient cash handling skills, including cash drawer Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in commissioned retail store, , preferably in electronic or department store (3+ for Assistant and Store managers)- 1+ years of sales experience in a quota driven environment (3+ for Assistant and Store managers)- Proficient use of Point of Sale software- Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish preferredBenefits of working for us include: - Base + Commission based on performance.- Advancement Opportunities
