Asheville Health Care Center is a 106 bed skilled nursing facility located in beautiful Swannanoa, NC.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales and Marketing Director.
This is a highly visible position for someone who loves a challenge and is competitive, driven to achieve results, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for building the census in the Healthcare Center through a strategic sales and marketing approach, while supporting the delivery of high quality care and service to our patients. This includes, but is not limited to, building relationships with referral sources, marketing the center to secure admissions, overseeing the admissions process, and networking and building relationships throughout the community.
The Sales and Marketing Director is an active and key member of the leadership team, promoting interdepartmental coordination and excellent customer service.
Job Qualifications:
College degree preferred with courses and experience in business, healthcare management, marketing, and customer service. Candidate must have active listening skills, verbal and written communications skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to confidently interact with a variety of people. Experience in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multi-task is a must.
