OEC has two major divisions including contract furniture and architectural solutions - flooring, doors and hardware and specialty products.
Major responsibilities are as follows:
Join sales on customer and prospect visits and help the team with business development
Lead and train sales force ? meet regularly with sales team to review strategic accounts, prospecting and current projects
Manage specific accounts
Look for opportunities to grow sales in education, government, healthcare and corporate
Interface and build relations with key vendors
Improve the customer experience
Contribute to culture of seeking excellence
Actively promote company to the community
Reports directly to owner
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 5 years of sales experience
5 years experience in construction, architecture or contract furniture helpful
Proven ability to set and achieve goals
Hungry to grow the businesses
This position will report directly to the owner and will manage a team. Large opportunity to grow sales, marketing and leadership skills.
