This 100MM+ company in the healthcare practice field is growing very, very fast and they have an immediate need for an accomplished Controller. A key component of their growth strategy is acquisition so they need a top hand who is not only exceptionally skilled in standard accounting work, e.g., budgets, forecasts, general ledger, month-end close, etc., but also experienced with acquisition work putting complex deals together and making sure that all goes smoothly.
The ideal Candidate will be a licensed CPA with an MBA from an Ivy League or Top 20 university. Ideally this Candidate will have 10+ years' professional experience with a career path that includes being recruited by one of the top ("Big 4") public accounting firms where he/she worked on the audit side for 3-5 years. The Candidate will then have gone on to another firm where he/she was promoted one or more times and eventually became a Controller. This candidate is now looking for an opportunity to become a key player in the future of a growing organization and he/she is open to relocation.
The company offers a generous compensation package with a starting salary up to $150 plus benefits and a generous back-end bonus. Interested parties respond immediately for first consideration. The company wants to hire as soon as possible.
