Regional Field Sales Manager Job Opening in Des Moines, Iowa - Saleslink, L.L.C, is a leading national manufacturer?s sales representatives. We have an immediate opening for a full time Field Sales Representative. This position provides a unique opportunity to sell and support a number of strong national retail brands in existing hardware/home center retail accounts in the Iowa/Nebraska region.
This sales position?s main focus is establishing, building and maintaining key account relationships allowing for incremental sales growth. The ideal applicant is self-motivated, goal driven, enjoys the flexibility of managing and driving sales in their territory.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
Skills and Abilities:
Past territory and key account development in the Hardware/Home Center experience is preferred
Must be goal driven, self-motivated and can operate independently and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven aptitude in problem solving
Skilled at Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work some weekends
Some overnight travel is required
Valid Driver?s License required
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary; commensurate with experience
