WineDirect is located in the Napa Valley, CA and has distribution centers in American Canyon, Paso Robles, Santa Maria, CA and Glenwillow, OH.
The position of Bookkeeper is based in Napa, CA. As an important member of the accounting team, the Bookkeeper will report to WineDirect?s Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily transactional activity for WineDirect?s fast growing ecommerce business Vin65 and for interacting with the Vin65 sales team and customers with regard to contracts, invoicing and A/R. Vin65 provides fully integrated e-commerce services including web portal, point of sale and wine club management for small wineries which do not have or do want to devote internal IT resources. Specific responsibilities of the role include:
Processing daily transactional activities of Vin65:
A/P
Invoicing
A/R
Cash
Customer inquiries with regard to billing and invoicing
Adding billing items and cancelling contracts based on requests from the Vin65 sales team
Bank reconciliations
Company credit cards
Employee expense reports
Support the Controller as needed by completing special projects

Qualifications:
2 year or 4 year of accounting experience
Experience with QuickBooks a must
Understanding of general ledger accounting
Experience with A/P, invoicing and A/R
Intermediate or better Excel skills
Demonstrated customer service experience
