Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
Preparation of workpapers; review of workpapers for accuracy and completeness
Preparation of financial statements; review of financial statements for suitability of presentation and accuracy of disclosures
Preparation and review of Corporate, S Corporation, Partnership, and Individual tax returns
Review of monthly/quarterly books and records
Oversee the day to day activities of financial statement audits, reviews, compilations and special projects
Perform other general accounting, reporting duties or special projects as needed
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
3+ years of experience working in a public accounting firm , required
Strong technical skills including advanced excel, and Prosystem experience
Attention to detail, strong work ethic and deadline driven
