Senior Accountant Job Opening in New York, New york - Assist the Controller with day to day activities, supervise accounting department staff.
Work on all accounting related matters such as account analysis, inter-company transaction, recording property acquisitions, re-financing activities, construction management, analysis of financial statements and special projects, as needed.
This position requires a six day work week commitment.
Desired skills and expertise:
5-7 years of accounting experience
Real Estate Industry experience
Yardi Voyager accounting software experience
CPA license a plus
