* You need to be able to talk to strangers. Can you connect with people from different backgrounds of life?
* Can you talk with someone to help them determine their needs? You will be the expert when it comes to insurance, are you willing to obtain the knowledge and educate people on their insurance needs.
* You must be a trustworthy person who follows up with people when you say you will follow up with them. Life is so busy and to be able to get people to stop and chat about their insurance isn't as easy you think it would be.
* Can you have fun and be professional? We spend too much time together and life is too short to not want to have fun at work and at the same time still be a successful business.
* You will be using a computer program to give people quotes on their insurance. Can you trouble shoot a simple computer program to see why things aren't lining up?
* Are you willing to obtain the license required to sell insurance in Utah? The State of Utah requires you to pass the exam with at least a 70%.
* Can you take rejection? Sometimes people won't buy our insurance and that's OK. As long you still educated them about their insurance who knows they may come back to you in the future.
