At WCAP financial you will receive a generous base. On top of that, you will not only receive commissions, but you will be able to build up substantial residuals. You will help clients with various financial services like insurance and (business) funding. We are conveniently located off the freeway in Draper.
Requirements:
Prior telephone experience highly desirable
Strong computer navigation skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Superior customer services skills and professionalism
Energetic and positive individual
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Compensation:
Base plus commission, with opportunities for residuals
Room for spiffs, bonuses, and advancement
Full time position Monday-FridayShift will vary
