JOB SUMMARY: Individual/Business Tax CPA
Our team is currently seeking a highly motivated CPA with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to maintain and grow the Individual and Business Tax area of our practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare/review individual and business tax returns.
Become a part of our customer?s team by offering value added services to complement their individual and business needs, taking them beyond tax compliance.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Assist customers with budgeting and planning services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of accounting and tax experience, preferably with a small to medium-sized public accounting firm.
CPA license in Alabama.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Individual tax experience and budgeting skills are a plus.
Payroll processing and compliance preparation skills are a plus.
Experience reviewing the work of others for individual and entity returns.
Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
Willingness to interact and build relationships with customers.
Detail, deadline, and goal-oriented
