Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting activities.
Ensure preparation of accurate and timely financial reports.
Ensure smooth audits.
Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
Must follow all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Completed Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
Performed in a supervisory capacity for at least 2 years.
Must be detail oriented and verify own and subordinate?s work.
Strong self-initiative and motivation, must work well without constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual).
Willing and able to work alternate hours as needed, included weekend work.
Regular and prompt attendance required.
Must perform job tasks in a safe manner.
Able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. on a non-recurring basis.
Submit to and pass all drug screens.
Report any accidents / injuries /near misses immediately and cooperate fully with any investigations.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
