As an Entry Level Advisor you will be trained on the following responsibilities.
Knowledgeable reading insurance estimates
Knowledgeable with auto body parts & repairs. (inputting into a parts systems , distributing to techs, speaking to vendors about parts needed) ? as needed
Customer service ? greeting customers , answering phones
Customer service ? responsible for paperwork side of repairs start to finish. Completing final bills, gathering supporting docs
Assist techs with getting photos, description on repairs, etc ?
