The Sales Professional is an excellent communicator and brand ambassador. His or her passion for Jewelry is conveyed in every conversation and an entrepreneurial spirit is prevalent in the make-up of every sales professional. Developing client relationships and exceeding sales plan is first and foremost in the professional?s skill set.
The job requires a fundamental understanding of human interaction, each relationship with a customer has to be tailored to ensure loyalty and spend. The job requires the candidate to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sale plans. Ensure that repeat customer business become a significant part of the candidate's sales. Drive business through new customer interaction in all avenues.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales abilities.
- Flexibility to work retail hours.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of clients.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred:
- A college/university degree.
- Graduate gemologist degree. GIA is preferred.
- Multiple language proficiency.
