Solid State Construction is a rapidly growing, innovative exterior home improvement company, and we're looking to hire an Entry-Level Outside Sales / Project Consultant to join the team long-term. This is an in-home sales role where you'll be meeting with homeowners on a consultative basis to help them create their dream exterior home. You will help them design solutions for siding, roofing, windows and doors, and decks and porches. We offer premium level products backed with the best installation available.
We're looking for someone who has:
Sales experience (preferably , in-home, or B2B with a quick-closing cycle) -OR-
Canvassing / Event Marketing experience
Some construction or home improvement knowledge and interest
An excellent attitude and drive to succeed
A stable work history
At least 2 years of sales experience is necessary, with a proven track record
Technology / computer experience - our sales systems are cloud-based, must be able to upload/download, work within Google Drive and other cloud-based apps
MS Excel and Word experience required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
