Luxury Jewelry Sales Leader Job Opening in New York, New york - Scully & Scully, the prestigious Park Avenue store, seeks and enthusiastic individual who is a quick learner and enjoys selling. The ideal candidate should have previous luxury retail jewelry experience, be a college graduate and have the ability to:
Provide the highest levels of customer service
Build and maintain a loyal client base
Foster client relationships utilizing appropriate communication tools ? phone calls, handwritten notes and email
Follow-up with clients in a timely manner
Promote the Scully & Scully name and products
Maintain the highest merchandising standards
REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to achieve sales goals
Strong organizational and communication skills
Computer literacy
Excellent product knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in fine jewelry sales
GIA certification a plus
