However, we have a system of internal promotion to higher rates of pay and sick, etc. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support staff, working 1:1 with students, primarily those who've been diagnosed with autism. Duties may include assisting a student with social skills, practicing communication skills, following a behavior plan. Paid training provided. 37 hour/week, part-time, permanent schedule for those who are available Monday through Friday during a normal school day. This is part-time status (no medical/dental, no paid sick/vacation). Staff will need to be available to start working on or around August 4. Primary areas of need: Parkway (Ballwin, Des Peres, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur), Ladue, Ferguson/Florissant, Crestwood, Pattonville.
