Sales Representative Job Opening in Daphne, Alabama - Sales Representatives : Our sales representatives work closely with marketing and prospective brick and mortar stores to bring them into the Mt Olympus family as authorized resellers of our branded products.
What our Sales Reps Focus On
Promote, sell and secure orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business
Make cold calls to develop new leads
Follow up on new leads and referrals
Assist in the development and maintenance of sales materials
Research sources for acquiring prospective customers
Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and logistics
Analyze territory and market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers
Plan, develop and organize personal sales strategies and goals based on company sales goals per month/quarter
Supply management with a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, adherence to goals, customer concerns, product opportunities, feedback and special developments.
Work closely with marketing to report on sales campaign effectiveness
Participate in trade shows and conventions
Other duties as assigned by management
What you need to bring to the table:
Enthusiasm, reliability and the ability to multitask
Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
Ability to consistently meet and exceed established sales goals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to be assertive and persuasive while verbally attracting customers and establishing authentic relationships through follow-up communication
1+ years sales experience preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft office software suite (word, excel)
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) a plus
Vaping/Ecig industry experience preferred but not required
Willingness to travel for industry events and conventions
Willingness to take part in Nerf wars and wear funny costumes at work.
