Junior Software Developer Job Opening in Richmond, Virginia - We are recruiting a junior software developer for a contract position in downtown Richmond, VA. The position would support the development of a web-based Java application and would include Java/web development along with providing other technical support to the project. Other duties will likely include writing and maintaining test suites, gathering requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and writing technical documentation.
Skills and Requirements:
Experience with web development including HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience with Java development in a web-based application
Experience writing front-end test suites for regression testing of a web application
Must be comfortable with SQL and working with relational databases
Strong analytical and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
