Disaster Restoration Program Coordinator Job Opening in Merrimack, New hampshire - Looking to hire an experienced, career driven and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team! Sole responsibility will be to review and revise estimates in accordance with insurance guidelines for a leading disaster restoration company. The successful candidate will display a positive proactive attitude, obtain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and should be highly organized with a strong background in Microsoft excel.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring of insurance program losses and review/revise estimates as needed to ensure compliance with insurance carrier guidelines
Assist the Billing Manager with the review and finalization of other insurance or private pay losses
Daily monitoring of insurance claims through a computer based application that measures response time and upload accuracy*

Qualifications:
High proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
Strong written, verbal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
Confidence in autonomous decision-making
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Superb/driven work ethic
Outstanding customer service skills
Availability 24/7 for emergency response for an on-call rotation (Coming into the office not required, but required to be available by phone, $$ compensation for time when on-call)
Other highly desired qualifications, but are not required; experience in property claims, knowledge of Xactimate, accounting background, undergraduate degree
Compensation: salary based on experience with quarterly bonuses
