Project Manager Job Opening in Manchester, New hampshire - Looking for a well-rounded Project Manager to add to our growing team! You will need 7-10 years of experience with design-build covering all phases of the commercial, institutional and industrial construction processes. You will be involved in job development with sales and estimating departments as requested. Some of the activities will cover but not limited to planning, scheduling, estimating, contract preparation and negotiation, and presentations as the job progresses.
This position needs a strong team player that will thrive in this fast paced environment. Duties will include managing cost plus GMP and fixed lump sum, contract administration, job cost accounting, report writing and public relations. Past proven experience managing multiple projects, strong work ethic, and the ability to ask for and give respect to our clients, staff, and subcontractors.
