Job cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, taxes, financial planning and analysis are essential to succeed in this direct hire position. A degree accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction accounting, preferably with supervisory experience, good analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also required.
