Reservations Sales, Vacation Rentals Job Opening in Isle of Palms, South carolina - Position: Reservations Sales & Vacation Planner
Status: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours/week

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced individual to join our reservations team as a sales agent and vacation planner.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide friendly service and thoroughly communicate detailed, pertinent information to guests and homeowners by answering questions and providing feedback and opinions.
Become knowledgeable, successfully utilize, and navigate through property management systems and third party channels.
Sell vacations that meet guests? needs based upon accommodation inventory available
Convert telephone & email inquiries into reservations.
Utilize Lead Management System for proficient guest follow up & selling.
Participate in outbound sales efforts and pre-arrival welcome calls.
Assist guests with after hour?s check-in procedures and emergency phone calls.
Work to build relationships with all Sweetgrass employees by providing support and assistance
Qualifications
Weekends required; flexible schedule is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of Lead Management applications, such as NAVIS or Track Pulse, a plus
Sales experience in hospitality is preferred
Ability to handle challenges or stressful situations in a calm & professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Telephone sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
