Premier Bride has been in business over 25 years as a national bridal resource. We produce print magazine, twice annually. January and July as well as digital which is marketing nationally. Our publication is distributed throughout the Charleston area as well to our partner wedding professionals. We increase our partners through social media, building their brand and providing statistic reporting and back office access. We produce upscale intimate events from bridal brunches, gala?s, mix and mingle happy hours, networking lunch and learns to vendor appreciation award. We additionally highlight our partners through photo and video shoots throughout the year create eye catching and attention setting spreads.
Each year, brides, newlyweds, and first-time parents visit Premier Bride for guidance and advice during some of the most important moments in their lives. We are highly focused on building one-to-one relationships between our wedding professionals and our brides. Our program is unique, a boutique approach providing a refreshing experience for couples and local professionals from our monthly events, we create an experience unlike no other. The goal of Premier Bride is to create develop relationships with local wedding professionals with brides, creating a memorable, personal and enjoyable experience.
LOCAL SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE
We are looking for a go-getter with a strong background in closing high-volume sales, specifically new accounts. Having online advertising experience is ideal. You will be provided a lead list to conduct cold call and must be proficient in closing sales . Position would characterize you as a people person, outgoing, positive, friendly and confident. As key candidate you have ability to easily build relations with managers and local businesses in order to reach sales targets and boost our market presence.
Candidate would be attending community networking events, door-pulls, and setting appointments throughout the Charleston and surrounding areas.
Candidate will be provided local monthly events to promote one to one appointments allowing more opportunity to reach sales potential. Our events drive traffic to website as well to our wedding professionals and brides both locally as well as destination market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide prospective partners a strong, crisp on point presentation through setting appointments, door pulls as well as email follow-up. Schedule appointments.
Self motivated, detailed and attention to detail and ability to hold yourself accountable to exceed all sales and performance goals on a consistent basis.
Educate potential partners on the value of Premier Bride and how our partnership can grow their business on a consistent basis through our multiple program options.
Be inquisitive, confident, LISTEN and know how to ask great questions to uncover the client need and be able to eloquently convince the client why Premier Bride is the right place to advertise and promote their business.
Committed to prospecting & cold calling in order to increase our market presence across the Charleston market.
Be persistent by providing consistent positive follow-up contact to close each sale.
Know how to make a recommendation based on the partner?s needs and customize a plan.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Past experience selling multi-media advertising platforms.
Experience in consultative, high-volume sales on a daily, weekly basis.
Proven track record of prospecting and closing new accounts.
Previous experience selling w/ digital based advertising solutions.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 1 years advertising sales, 1-year outbound call experience.
Experience in the wedding/bridal industry a plus.
Weekly Hours / Schedule:
?15-20 hrs.
Weekly Kick-Off Team Meetings. 9am ? 10am.
Review weekly goals and objectives. Targeting sales categories (photographers, venues, salons, etc.). Strategize social media campaigns (Facebook, Instragram, Pinetrest, Twitter)
Discuss monthly ?Constant Contact? Newsletter. Create and review monthly editorials.
Review weekly sales appointments, average 8-10 per week.
Sales closing ? Goal = 5-10 sales per week.
Tuesday ? Friday. Manage sales leads, in-person, email, cold calling and door pulls.
Weekly Closing Team Report. This can be done in closing email summary.
COMMISSION
25-35% commission per sale.
1099 Contract Employee.
