Route Accountant Job Opening in Pompano Beach, Florida - Responsibilities:
Process credit card payments
Prepare, and submit invoices for all customers through QuickBooks
Manage equipment sales, credit memos. Manage wire transfers. Schedule and send all monthly and quarterly rentals
EFT/ACH retrieving, printing and posting
Deposit all checks that comes in the mail or delivered by the drivers for all companies
Accounts Receivables and Payables
Maintains records of all financial documents with appropriate supporting material; update records as necessary
Assist with month end enclosing
Post daily money room totals for two companies
Reconcile seven credit cards, bank accounts monthly
Print weekly reports in Quick Books
Reconcile vendor statements
Resolve all vendor issues
Pay all bills with checks, online, via phone and ACH
Process billings (create & pay invoices, transfer funds and post in QB)
*******Route/ Vending Accounting (deliveries) preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
