DUTIES:
Perform accurate medical interviewing
Determine donor eligibility
Perform venipunctures
Assure donor and recipient safety.
Training
To get you started on your journey with us, we begin with a seven week training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and two weeks of mentorship with an established phlebotomist. Training will take place in Milwaukee, WI.
SCHEDULING
Our donor center and mobile drive hours are based on being available for our donors. To ensure coverage, this position requires flexibility on the part of our entire team.
Hours: Available as early as 4:00 am and as late as 10:00 pm;
Rotating weekends
Schedule: Staff schedules are posted 2-3 weeks in advance to allow for staff to plan around the variability of the hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver?s license in good standing and access to an insured vehicle is also required.
Previous phlebotomy/medical experience highly preferred.
