Medical Billing Specialist Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - ADVENT, an expanding, independent otolaryngology practice is seeking an experienced full time billing specialist for our growing ENT practice. We are an independent, innovative medical practice, founded with the goals of providing a unique type of healthcare. Our guiding principles include providing patients with the highest level of technology and medical experience available, in the most convenient, least invasive manner. Most importantly, we do so with an outward focus on providing exceptional patient care, from the moment we schedule the initial appointment. We currently have two locations, one in Wauwatosa and one in ideal candidate must be passionate about providing unparalleled patient care. If you are passionate about outstanding service, we would like to meet with responsibilities include:
Coding in-office E&M services, procedures and diagnostics, including ENT, audiology and allergy services.
Coding in-office and outpatient ENT surgeries
Supplying provider education regarding coding and documentation
Staying abreast of payer regulations and documentation requirements
New hire hospital and payer credentialing. Maintaining ongoing credentialing of current staff.
Responding to patient inquiries
Maintaining semi-automated patient collections accounts
Procedure pre certification backup
The ideal candidate must be able to review our current procedures and improve and streamline those processes.
