TAYLAR Development is looking for experienced commissioned sales professionals to call patrons of respected symphonies, opera & theater companies, and other performing arts organizations in Milwaukee and across the United States to to sell subscription tickets. If you are a confident salesperson with an energetic and persuasive personality and have a passion for the arts, we'd love to talk to you.

Qualified candidates will have:
Minimum one year of commission based sales experience
Assertive sales attitude and effective closing ability
Ability to learn and retain information about client programs
Strong desire to succeed (generous performance based compensation plan)
A great speaking voice, positive energy, and a passion for the arts
What we offer:
$13/hour fixed base pay plus incentive pay. Our top earners make $20-$25/hour total pay.
30-40 hours per week Monday-Thursday starting between 1-4pm and ending between 8-9pm and Saturday mornings or Sunday evenings.
Paid training.
Accrued time off and holiday pay for full-time employees.
