Mental Health Professional, LCSW Job Opening in Clinton, Arkansas - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
MHP will provide professional clinical services to clients including assessment, referral, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and follow up care in the office and in community settings.
Complete all clinical and administrative documentation in a timely and ethical manner and in accordance with company policies.
Meet billable productivity requirements and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Ensure clients receives individualized and age appropriate therapeutic interventions for individual, group, family and case management services as prescribed in the treatment plan.
Collaborates with the treatment team to ensure proper coordination and delivery of prescribed interventions and objectives as presented in treatment plan.
Position requires a graduate degree from an accredited graduate program in a behavioral health-related field. This includes graduate degrees in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family. All clinicians must be licensed within their professions by their respective Arkansas State Boards (LCSW)
Maintain a valid driver?s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.
Must be able to pass background checks which include criminal record and child/adult maltreatment checks.
