Fiscal Technician Job Opening in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania - Full- time position responsible for all fiscal, accounting and budgetary functions of the agency. This position is responsible for designing systems to meet all regulatory requirements of all funding streams. The position is primarily responsible for managing/tracking all the agencies accounts payables. As part of the management team this person will work cooperatively with the team to ensure that the agency is accomplished in a fiscally responsible manner.
Responsibilities include; utilizing accounting software and spreadsheets to prepare and process payroll; purchase orders, expense vouchers, invoices petty cash and checks; make deposits generate fiscal reports and maintain an accurate filing system. person will assist in computer and server issues. Must be familiar with cost reports, 4300 regulations regarding accounting principles and must be knowledgeable of HCSIS regulations.
