Summary of Position Requirements:
Responsible for file management and maintenance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and update records with new files and information.
Protect the data and confidentiality of the file contents.
Preserve the company's records and manager paperwork effectively.
Review files to ensure completion.
Organize files and track progress on incomplete files.
Education and Experience Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines.
Possess strong work ethic, integrity and loyalty.
Team player with the ability to work well with a team.
