Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Norfolk, Virginia - Looking for a Logistics Sales Representative to help with prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation and sale of our transportation services.
Responsibilities:
-Selling or Influencing Others - Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
-Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
-Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
-Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
-Drive sales to and achieve budgeted sales goals in territory. Responsible for calling accounts and conducting sales presentations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Communications, Supply Chain, Sales, Business or Liberal Arts)
Strong interest in selling, logistics, business development or entrepreneurial interests.
Able to take rejection and comfortable making prospective calls.
Strong communication skills networking skills and a track record of leadership and success through college or work.
Highly organized and driven to succeed.
