Corp. Deal Administrator Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - The Tonkin Family of Dealerships is looking for a Deal Administrator to work in our Centralized Accounting Office. We are using the latest Digital technology for an efficient work flow between the dealership and the accounting office. Our Centralized Accounting Office teams have been designed to provide the accounting staff with specialized knowledge in the various areas of the financial statement to provide long term opportunities for growth. This position specializes in Sales Revenues. Duties include accounting for retail vehicle sales transactions, management of flooring and lien payoffs, reconciliation of accounting against sales reports, and otherwise supporting our Business Managers in all things related to the retail vehicle sale. If you love the car business and want to grow in your career, you will want to be part of this progressive accounting team.
This position requires strong accounting and communications skills, automotive accounting work experience and a professional appearance and demeanor. Experience working with CDK (formerly ADP) software preferred. Please do not apply unless you have a stable automotive work history and excellent, verifiable references.
