caresyntax® Inc., is growing its presence in the US and is looking for an Inside Sales Development Representative to join our venture-backed, fast growing organization in our Boston headquarters, reporting to the VP of Sales. As a member of our entrepreneurial team, your expertise in prospecting customers and lead management will build a qualified pipeline for our growing sales team. You?ll partner with sales and marketing to drive pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle to improve conversion to customer. You?ll help us quickly develop a rapport with decision makers at an executive level, and efficiently spark the curiosity that generates interest in our solutions. Inside Sales Development Representative
What You Will Do:
You will partner closely with a team of Sales Directors and Marketing to drive pipeline for new and existing customers.
Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales Directors to build a qualified pipeline of customers
Utilize and develop lead management programs to accurately track and measure qualified leads, as well as prospect and engage with new leads
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts in assigned territories, soliciting new accounts, build rapport, and providing guidance on caresyntax?s solution value proposition
Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative
Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all deals
Create quotations, prepare offers and tender bids
Prospect customers by inbound and outbound sales call activities
Manage a database of leads efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
Ensure regular and on-going accurate customer data, touchpoint summaries and other key customer intelligence is available and leveraged in CRM
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of caresyntax solutions, and clearly articulate its capabilities and advantages to decision makers and influencers
Research and track hospital construction projects, and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Contribute to critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, CRM maintenance, correspondence, and communications)
What You Need:
Minimum of 3+ year?s tech support and/or account management/ lead generation experience identifying, generating, selling to unsolicited leads, upselling to current customers
Minimum of 3 years? demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Previous experience making outbound calls
Previous experience account management ? capital or subscription sales model
Previous experience using CRM platforms
Analytical, data based decision making
Self-directed, with a sense of urgency, results driven
Preferred Qualifications ? Education, Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
Prior experience in technology support and/or selling technology solutions in healthcare
Education Level: Bachelor?s Degree: 4-year College/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
Field of Study: Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Sales/Marketing, or similar
