Our opening for an accountant is immediate. This position is located in Mt. Vernon, IL. and can be between 32-40 hours a week depending on the candidate.
Duties will include:
Process A/P Invoices and run checks for multiple entities
Post cash receipts
Bank statement reconciliations
Invoice customers
Journal Entries
Prepare account reconciliations and detailed analysis for general ledger accounts
Process mail
Preparing reports as needed
Special projects
