JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a base+commission inside sales role is for professionals with a proven and consistent level of achievement who possess the drive to make unlimited income. Our sales team is committed to being the best and strives to achieve personal sales objectives while collaborating toward corporate success. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with high energy, a persuasive communication style, and excellent follow through.

Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound calls from multiple sources.
Educate prospects about the important of good credit rating and rebuttal to enroll in the program.
Connect with clients and provide solutions for accomplishing their dreams through using our service.
A good and professional presentations of credit counseling & restoration service to prospect over the phone.
Maintain compliance with various regulations associated with credit counseling, restoration/debt mgmt.
Meet and exceed self-set sales goals.
Qualifications:
Preferred experience working in a high-volume sales environment with demonstrated success attaining and exceeding production goals.
Computer proficient and high tech phone technology device knowledge.
High level of professionalism, honesty and drive, with a passion to excel and succeed.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a professional call center environment.
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide rebuttals and assistance that ease prospects objections and feel comfortable to enroll in our service.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
