Long Term Care Account Representative Job Opening in Newark, Delaware - Established healthcare billing company seeks highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to assist patients in applying for medical assistance on behalf of our client facility. Applicant must be able to learn and work Medicaid eligibility regulations and deal professionally with patients in a Nursing environment. Qualified Applicant must:
- Travel required throughout the state of Delaware. Reimbursement for travel expenses is provided. Applicant must have valid driver's license and car insurance, as well as a reliable vehicle.
-Be computer literate
- Deal professionally with patients in a Nursing environment
-Long Term Care Medicaid experience preferred
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Applicant must pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to start. Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records also required.
