MA/MOA Instructor Job Opening in Bridgeport, West virginia - West Virginia Junior College is looking for an Instructor to teach 2-3 classes each term in the areas of Medical Assisting and/or Medical Billing and Coding. Must have the following qualifications:
Qualifications
Education
Graduation from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in the specialty field or subject area in which they teach. Associate?s degree or Higher or 4 years Occupational Experience.
Experience
Three (3) years of full-time occupational experience with 40 hours in an ambulatory healthcare setting (Required)
Certified Medical Assisting Certification
Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) (within one year of hire)
Medical Office Assistant (CBCS) (within one year of hire)
Teaching Experience
(Preferred)
