Service Coordinator- Developmental Disabilities Job Program Job Opening in Sparks, Nevada - The Program Services Coordinator oversees all aspects of the support this non-profit organization provides for adults with developmental disabilities. This includes as a central focus the design and implementation of individualized programs for the approximately 50 employees receiving specialized training in electronics assembly. Expertise employing behavior analysis and Positive Behavior Support is essential for the position. Responsibilities include training and coordination of approximately 10 direct service staff. Position entails at least 50% direct service with staff; think player-coach. Responsible for documentation of data-based decisions for behavior change and skill acquisition programs. Duties include coordination and reporting requirements with other agencies regarding employee progress, as well as compliance with auditing bodies and Nevada regulations for Community Training Centers.
Qualifications: BCBA, or Master's degree in behavior analysis, special education, or related human services field; or Bachelor's degree with extensive developmental disabilities experience.
