As our Inventory Manager for our PLI facility in Las Vegas, you will hold responsibility for inventory management practices and auditing processes. You will actively participate in continuous improvement activities and lead training for our shareholders in inventory best practices and lean manufacturing topics. Your KPIs will educate and hold team members accountable to sound inventory management activities.
Successful Inventory Managers are degreed, offer 5+years of progressive experience in the commercial printing/offset lithographic print industry and are technically proficient in inventory management and lean techniques. Training, team leadership and the ability to think quickly under pressure are key elements for this role. You will have the experience and knowledge to take our inventory management practices to the next level towards world class lean manufacturing.
Leadership is an important aspect of this role and success incumbents are highly organized, biased to problem identification and resolution and perform well in a high-volume print shop. Your change management ability and choice to create cross-training and team development processes will benefit you, your team and our customers.
