Full Time Keyholder (sales associate) - Whaler's Village, Ma... Job Opening in Lahaina, Hawaii - Tori Richard is looking for a dynamic and experienced Keyholder to complete the team at our Whaler's Village location. The Keyholder assumes opening/closing responsibilities on behalf of Store Management, provides an exceptional shopping experience, maintains client relationships and manages the store in accordance with the company visual and operational standards.
Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strives for sales excellence and results by employing outstanding sales and customer service skills; ensuring all selling and store standards are met
Assists in the daily operational duties of opening/closing of the store
Supports the Management team in controlling company assets
Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in: cash, inventory, fixtures and property management
Assists in the execution of floor-set and promotional directives; implements visual merchandising
Minimum Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent
Two to three years retail experience including opening/closing of store, driving sales through meeting KPIs, and clienteling
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Represents the fashion and style image of Tori Richard
Strong observational, verbal and written communication skills
Rudimentary computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems
