FT Sales Producer, Temp-Hire Job Opening in Tucson, Arizona - A wonderful company is seeking two sales producers to join their team! One position is located in the Tucson, AZ office, the second at the Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidates will have a strong working knowledge of insurance and at least 2 years of sales experience.
Job Duties:
Use effective sales techniques and relationship building processes to identify prospective clients and referral sources for business
Contact and qualify prospective clients by identifying needs and concerns, analyzing exposure and risk, developing plan design strategies, and offering proactive solutions
In conjunction with the Account Management team, develop and/or maintain proactive account management processes, including plan administration, claims assistance, quarterly reviews, and strategic renewal activities
Develop long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters, while staying abreast of industry trends, developments, and resources
Anticipate client business needs, identify areas for cross-selling or referral, provide value added services and solutions
Participate in continuing professional development, seeks opportunities to learn and expand knowledge base and expertise
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or college
2+ years of related sales experience and/or training
Knowledge and/or experience of insurance is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
A willingness to accommodate a flexible work schedule, with periodic travel
The ability to connect with others, listen to what is spoken (and unspoken), and empathize
The practice of effective time and project management, prioritization, follow through and completion
Professionalism, good judgment, and integrity
Tucson Location: $45,000-$65,000 DOE
Phoenix Location: $55,000-$75,000 DOE
