Sales Professional Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Would you be interested in using your real estate license to sell your guests a piece of paradise? We?re looking for talented individuals to engage and educate potential vacation Owners about the attractive options available from Vistana Signature Experiences through our Westin and Sheraton Vacation Clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with guests through discovery process to determine how best to present product information and gain commitment to purchase.
Achieve individual established performance guidelines
Contribute to achieving overall site volume, closing percentage, and cost to meet and/or exceed budgeted performance levels.
Provide branded customer service to guests throughout and after the initial presentation.
Maintain the highest level of Company and competition product knowledge through Company-provided training.
Requirements:
Previous Sales experience preferred.
A valid Arizona Real Estate License is required (or in process)
Demonstrated and verifiable successful sales volume record.
Physical Requirements: Stairs are a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory. Processing of paperwork requires visual observations. Verbal communication is necessary for negotiating plans for projects.
Scheduling: flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, is required.
