Welcome Desk/RMS Associate Job Opening in Augusta, Georgia - The Salvation Army has an immediate opening for a Welcome Desk/RMS Associate.
The Kroc Center Welcome Desk/RMS Associate is responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences. Primary responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships, program registrations, and Kroc merchandise through a POS system as well as providing facility information and tours, answering and routing all incoming calls. Additionally, this position requires maintenance of all accounts, entry, and reports of information into the Kiosk/RMS system, and is the regular auditor for accuracy in the system Further, this position works directly with existing members and contract renewals with a large focus on retention. Strong organizational skills, communication, and detail orientation skills are required to service internal and external clients. Qualified applicants should feel comfortable handling money and performing basic accounting duties, and conduct themselves as customer service professionals. The qualified applicant must be a team player and work in a cooperative manner with all Kroc Center staff members.
The minimum requirements of this position include: High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree in Communication or related field preferred; and 1-2 years of cashier/customer service experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
